Were 10 years old firms created in 2001 or 1991 ?
Asked in another way : is the chart of this paper valid to day or was it valid 10 years ago ?
    Best regards

It is indeed a bit old info as it was published circa 2003. If someone can refresh it, we would be too happy. But we have all reasons to believe it did not improve, rather worsen. Perhaps the international comparisons on "high growth firms" could help.
